Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) is expected to release on Thursday the admit cards for students appearing in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP-TET) examination 2017. The exam will be held on October 15 in two shifts.The Uttar Pradesh basic education department will release the admit cards for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2017 on the official website, upbasiceduboard.gov.in
Candidates appearing for the post of teachers for Class 1 to Class 5 will have to appear in Paper I while those taking the exam to become teachers for Class 6 to Class 8 will have to appear in Paper II. Candidates desiring to be eligible for teachers for both Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 6 to 8 need to appear for both the papers.
Steps to download admit card for UPTET (after it is released):
1) Go to official website of UPBEB
2) Click on the link for UPTET 2017
3) Click on the link for printing admit card to go to the login page
4) Submit your registration number and date of birth in dd-mm-yyyy format
5) Click on proceed
6) Admit card will be displayed on the screen
7) Take a printout and save it on the computer
Candidates must carry their admit cards to the examination centre.

उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा 2017 (यूपी-टीईटी) के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 25 अगस्त से शुरू हो गए। ऑनलाइन आवेदन एनआईसी लखनऊ की ओर से तैयार वेबसाइट www.upbasiceduboard.gov.in पर किया जा सकता है।
परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी कार्यालय 15 अक्तूबर को परीक्षा कराएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट से समायोजन निरस्त होने के कारण यह परीक्षा उन शिक्षामित्रों के लिए खास है, जो टीईटी पास नहीं हैं। ऐसे शिक्षामित्र इस परीक्षा में भाग्य आजमा सकते हैं। ई-चालान के जरिए आवेदन शुल्क 26 अगस्त से जमा किए जा सकेंगे। ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण आठ सितंबर की शाम छह बजे तक किया जाएगा।
आवेदन शुल्क जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 11 सितंबर है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 13 सितंबर की शाम छह बजे तक पूर्ण किए जा सकेंगे। आवेदन की त्रुटियों में नियमानुसार संशोधन 15 सितंबर को दोपहर से प्रारंभ होगा। संशोधन 19 सितंबर की शाम छह बजे तक किया जा सकेगा। सचिव ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ऑनलाइन के अलावा किसी अन्य माध्यम से आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे। ऑनलाइन आवेदन, पंजीकरण फार्म, आवेदन शुल्क जमा करने के लिए स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का लिंक बेसिक शिक्षा बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर ही उपलब्ध है।

As per UPTET Eligibility, it is important to secure minimum 50% marks in graduation or 4 years diploma in special education to apply for the exam.
Candidates can fill UPTET Application Form from October until November 2017.
All candidates who register successfully will appear for UPTET 2017 in December 2017. The exam is conducted in offline mode.

UPTET Latest News
According to a recent notification, the registration for UPTET 2017 will begin from August 25, 2017. NIC is yet to approve the same. More than 10 lakh candidates are expected to register this year. Check Here
There is a ray of hope for nearly 66,000 Shiksha Mitras of UP who were appointed for children aged between 6 to 14 years. The Supreme Court on July 25 said that “right to education was a right to quality education”, rejecting its earlier idea of canceling the appointment of 1.78 lakh teachers in UP Junior Schools. It also said that “consideration for the career of 1.78 lakh Shiksha Mitras, over and above their legal right, cannot be at the cost of fundamental right of children to free quality education by duly qualified teachers in terms of legislative mandate”. There are two papers that candidates can appear in. They have an option to appear for both the exams too.
Paper 1 – Primary Level i.e. for Class 1 till Class 5
Paper 2 – Upper Primary Level i.e. for Class 6 to Class 8
One must score minimum of 60% to clear the exam. This means that out of 150 marks, one must score 90 marks to qualify the exam.
Candidates who qualify the exam will be awarded the UPTET Eligibility Certificate. It is valid for 5 years.
